IT IS NO LONGER NON STICK When I first received this pan I was so in love. It was pricy, but I have a toddler and I want my family to be safe from non stick coatings. I have had this pan for 2 months now and IT IS NO LONGER NON STICK! At first eggs, tofu, and anything else I cooked just slid right out. Now I can cook anything in it without it sticking. I have only hand washed it in soapy water, never scrubbed too hard, never used metal in it. ALSO the handle has now become VERY loose.... really!?! WORST AMAZON PURCHASE EVER! Since it has been past the 30 day they are only willing to give me back half of the price for it. I am currently trying to contact the manufacturer.
