In less than a week this mattress started having problems. Uneven firmness and a spring poking . Perhaps the only thing worse than the mattress quality is the customer service. The saddest part for me is that the few days the mattress was good it was great. But a mattress should last more than a week, even a cheap one. I do not recommend, I will not ever buy from this company . ..And neither should you. Unless of course you want a poor quality mattress, with a side of crappy customer service. Still no exchange or refund. Zinus has a different excuse every time .
