Very annoyed.
I got this watch for my daughter. She LOVES it. But the face cracked when she bumped her wrist on the side of the sink while washing her hands. I used their "worry free replacement" to see about repairing/replacing it.
After a LOT of clicking around and internet digging, I found that I had to mail it in with a check for $10 to cover shipping back to me.
I heard nothing from the company at all, and after a couple of weeks, I got the watch back, with an invoice for $12 more dollars for repairing the watch.
Mind you, the ORIGINAL watch was $16 on Amazon.
I spent $22 for the "worry free" program to care for the watch that broke. If I would have had any information that it would have cost more to use their worry free replacement/warranty than the watch cost originally, I would obviously not have done that. Very annoyed.
