I wanted to love these; the teal/green color was gorgeous, the length was great, and they were definitely as soft as my Lululemon Align pants. Unfortunately, that’s where my love for them ended. I thought the reviewers who complained about camel toe issues were surely exaggerating, but they were not. I had to purposefully stand differently so it wouldn’t be seen in the photo. Also, the waist band digs SO MUCH. Muffin top city! I wear a 6 in Aligns, and a 6 in most jeans, so a medium should have fit (and they did fit in the legs). While I’m certainly not extremely lean, curvy, or muscular, I DO have a very athletic build (more like a swimmer) and should NOT be muffin-topping this badly. A large would be been enormous in the hips. Most certainly will be returning. I bought the capris at the same time and, although the waistband is still a little bitey, there’s no camel toe and the fabric feels more substantial while still being super soft. All that to say, if the difference in your waist & hip measurements is more than 10”, you probably won’t have a muffin top issue, but the camel toe might still happen.
