I had high hopes for this product but quickly became disappointed with it. The grill plates are supposed to be nonstick - they are not. Even though you could remove the plates for cleaning, everything stuck to them. I called the company and explained the problem, they quickly sent replacements which also had issues with sticking. Not sure if they had a defective batch of the nonstick coating but this was a real problem that I was not willing to accept. I once again called the company and was refunded my money in full- I would give the customer service 5 stars for their assistance with this product. In regards to attachments - the muffin tin was o.k. and the flat platter for baking cookies and such was also o.k. - your better off using your oven if you have one.
