Run away - far away, from this debacle.
Run, run, run... After owning an iPad, this thing sucks. The volume is so low through the speakers, it is unusable without earphones. No amount of fiddling with settings and rebooting helped. Online help is worthless - no help line to call. Installing google play was a nightmare. A total waste of $50 - even if free, you paid too much. It shipped quickly, however.
