very disappointed with this product. The leaves are feed through two small holes about the size of a half dollar. You have to push the leaves into these small holes with a plastic stick supplied with the shredder. The time it takes to do this is ridiculous. I'm assuming the design is for safety reasons. The picture implies that you put the leaves in the shut on the top and they fall into the shredder below. That is not the case. After you put the leaves in the top shut, you then have to push them through two small holes. Just not practical.
