BUYER BEWARE!!! Two problems. Number one: Nowhere does it state the item has to be literally turned upside down to retrieve the pills and stop the alarms from continuing to going off. My 95 year old mother, with her totally arthritic hands, can not do this. Second and largest problem: No where on the order page does it state the item CAN NOT BE RETURNED. I feel the order page should have made this abundantly clear. Once you buy the item and attempt to return it, then you find out that "no returns are allowed". Now we are stuck with an $85.00 item, which will be used as an expensive paper weight.
