This Propur Big began rusting just after about 3months. Despite what the company proclaims, this cannot be stainless steel. I don't believe them. The manufacturer customer service is the absolute worst. They tried to continuously say that I wasn't cleaning the unit properly and for me to go out and purchase additional cleaners to prevent rusting. I cleaned the unit just as the instructions said, with water and vinegar. They said that they would send me a sample of another cleaner but they never did. I was getting nowhere with email so I called and the only man that answers the phone said that he was the highest manager and hung up on me twice! I paid so much for this system and I believe it to be a complete ripoff and scam. They did nothing for me and there is a 1yr warranty and I was under it. The water tasted great but honestly, I never had the water tested. Also, water is never fully emptied out of the top or bottom portion. My last resort was to contact Amazon a-z guarantee and I showed them all of the emails & explained everything..and praise God! Amazon reimbursed me.
