First off package came in all destroyed the box was falling apart, secondly the massage chair was uncomfortable and hard, and meant for short people. Returned item waiting for my refund, it’s been about a week since I’ve returned it and still no update, checked tracking number and they received the package same day as it was picked up as I live relatively close to the address it was returning to. Shipper told me contact Amazon. I’m waiting for an email. Still waiting for refund! 5/6/23
