First off, it is a comfortable bra. It's been years since my girls have sat so high. I use it everyday. Looks good, keeps my breasts nice and high under my clothes and NO ADJUSTING NECESSARY. HOWEVER, I have recently started working out which is the point of the bra. And the pictures show the bruising that occurs every time I do jumping jacks. I can walk and zumba without issue, but anything more causes severe pain and bruising. I'm now back to wearing two bras to work out. If you are buying this for everyday wear or low impact sports, go ahead. It is not meant for high impact.
