PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! They switched the formulation from PURE, 100% glycinate to a mixture of glycinate and oxide but, even if asked, they will not reveal how much is oxide. AND they sell it for the same price!! It took forever to find a product that had 100% glycinate, and was thrilled when I found this one. I bought my 2nd bottle and after a couple days of getting diarrhea, looked at the label and saw they added oxide to the formula. It's very upsetting. I am not supposed to take oxide due to GI problems. ZHOU, PLEASE CHANGE BACK TO 100% GLYCINATE!!
