I eagerly awaited this flashlight and when it arrived immediately opened it (very nice packaging), read the instructions, inserted new batteries and went into a closet and turned it on. I am a home inspector and have a variety of inexpensive LED flashlights that I use in this business. I was not pleased that this flashlight, which is pretty expensive (relative to what I've been using) simply wasn't as bright as my inexpensive lights. I will return this.
