I originally gave this 5 stars because the couple I gifted it to loved it. I ordered on June 10, and they received it on the 17th. However, It quit working this week and we've done everything the instructions said to do and it won't work. This item is not returnable. Expiration date on this item was July 17 per amazon. Tried to contact seller but the site keeps referring me back to Amazon return policy...an expensive gift for it not to work.
