This is very poorly designed as the two small suction holes are placed on the inside of the tool facing the right and left outer sides. There is no suction opening on the bottom. There are also three air vents right on the top of the tool that decreases the suction. My hose has plenty of strong suction but it ends up being blocked due the tool's design. There just isn't enough suction surface area so it isn't strong enough to suck the debris into these two side holes. Everything just clumps on the tool head, might as well be just a broom. Hopefully you can see what I mean from the pictures. I got this to clean dog hair from my hardwood floors because the Dyson Animal 14 I bought years ago has the exhaust vent right in front of the sweeper head, and literally blows it away from me every time I vacuum. I have to chase it around the room. I wish I had a video because if it wasn't so frustrating, it would be comical. In any event, this didn't work for me at all and I returned it.
