This would be a great couch if purchased from a retailer
This would be a great couch if purchased from a retailer, not Amazon. Arrived with a broken frame. Non English speaking or understanding person on the phone was useless. No option to contact Amazon directly with pictures to show useless couch with a broken frame. Looks great, broken and worthless, due to purchasing from Amazon.
