I bought this harness for my teacup Yorkie. I could not open the plastic clasp as it was stiff. When I contacted the seller, he must have been aware of the problem, as he told me to put lubricant on it. He said if I returned it, there would be a 20% restocking fee. I submitted feedback about the problem. I decided to try to make the best of it, so my husband opened it and put it on. The size SMALL was too small for my 5 pound Yorkie. I had measured him, but it didn't fit. He usually wears an extra small or small. Meanwhile the seller contacted me and asked me to change my negative feedback. I decided to return the item and take it up with Amazon. It cost close to $4 with postage and a confirmation slip. I don't know what the VISA refund is/was. It is not a great deal of money, but I find the restocking policy and the request to change my feedback unusual, especially for Amazon.
