I measured a max current of 1.65 amps to my phone using a 2 foot power cord. My phone's factory charger outputs pretty close to 2.1 amps. Upon connecting a tablet into the second port, the current to my phone dropped to 1.45 amps. I conducted this test with the charger plugged directly into a standard US wall socket and tried a variety of charging cables, including the factory original. Same results. Beware: this device's output is significantly lower than advertised, and is it not capable of providing full power to 2 devices simultaneously.
