Tried numerous times to get it to work well and it didn't. It wouldn't sit in the base correctly, you can't get all of the water out of it, the opening is too small to pour water into it, and it goes through water like crazy even on the lowest setting. They also sent a letter, which was a form letter typed on the computer, begging for a review because it's the livelihood of someone with kids. It doesn't look believable and was worded poorly, sounding more like a scam and not at all realistic or professional.
