I bought this shampoo at the beginning of November. I used it every time I shampooed my hair for two months straight. Around the middle of December, I started noticing that my hair was falling out like crazy! I was losing a ton in the shower, a ton while combing, and more all throughout the day. Then I began to notice how horribly dry my hair started feeling. It’s feels like absolute straw! Worse than ever before! It didn’t dawn on me right away, but I’m wondering if it could all be from this shampoo and conditioner. Needless to say, I quit using it as soon as I realized it’s probably the culprit. I pray my hair goes back to normal once I cut it all of off and start over. 😭
