Too soon to tell about durability. Easy of use and its 75 less then the vac master. The reason for buying was service after the sale. Reviews about this were great. For a higher maintenance item and money spent, that meant the most to me. UPDATE. This thing is a big pile of crap. Worked for 6 months doing small store bought meats. Now it wont vac anymore. Only works if I unplug it and plug it back in. Just one cycle, still no vac inside chamber. The sealing bar wont seal all the way across the bag. Terrible product and I'm out $900+. Called them today, let's see if they stand behind their product. UPDATE, they called and tried bullying me into removing my review before they would help me fix my machine under warranty mind you. I refused on principal. Guess I am stuck with a $900 paper weight. Be wary buyers. Very disappointed, as I bought it think service after the sale was going to be great. Update, got ahold of Amazon, they tried playing the middle man and said company would be calling me about dispute. They have not. They will not stand behind their product whatsoever. Terrible company to deal with.
