I was really excited and hopeful about this phone. Its on its way back because: Great Calls tech support is non existant. No one can help me transfer my current contacts from my previous phone to this one. Next, I am locked out of texting feature but no one seems to know what to do about that. Took my phone to a company who fixes cell phones and they said they could not assist me because they have an exclusive with Samsung?? What a mess.
