★☆☆☆☆
As misleading as he claims of the LCHF community
Many of his own claims are vaguely described studies using relative percentages vs absolutes. He refers to Dr. Howard Westman as someone who has no credentials in research. He also loves on Dr. Angel Keyes who wrote a cookbook promoting the Mediterranean diet, then later says Mediterranean diet is a fallacious with it’s use of olive oil. If you’ve read a lot on this topic and seen your own labs and your doctor’s eyes when blood sugars and weight drop precipitously on a LCHF regimen, then read this if only to make the pages of note as I’ve done to even more convince my understanding that low fat high carbs is baloney.
