I have enjoyed these caffeine pills for a number of years. 200MG is too much for me all at once, so I have gotten in the habit of halving or sometimes even quartering the tablets to better regulate how much I intake. When I got my most recent bottle, I found that they changed the formulation ("other ingredients" are different; no big deal, seems to work as well as before), but they also changed the format of the tablet. See attached photo for comparison. The new tablet is stamped "Pro Labs" (a good thing! better than to have plain, unlabeled tablets), and the reverse side is scored for the tablet to be halved/quartered. Unfortunately, in making this change, they also made the tablet much thicker. Despite the scoring lines, you will not be able to divide the new tablet by hand. Wish they would return to the thinner format, so that a knife/pill cutter would not be necessary. It is inconvenient. UPDATE: After a little more time taking these, it is very obvious to me that this new formulation does not have the same degree of efficacy. I now take an entire pill and I don't think it has near the kick as the old formulation. Weird. I may have to look into a different brand as a replacement.
