I went to the Grassology website thinking I would purchase and try it, because the commercial was so impressive. The website kept locking up, and I could never get it to place my order. So I gave up. Then I found lots of websites with nothing but negative feedback, and though I'd dodged a bullet. About a week later I get an email from Grassology confirming my FOUR ORDERS and saying they are going to debit my account well over $400! I called them immediately. They said none of my orders had been processed, and they would cancel all orders associated with my credit card that day. They gave me a confirmation number to verify the cancellation. A week or so later a box from grassology shows up at my house, and they have debited my bank card for it!!! I called to complain, and they said that if I paid to return the order myself, a month after they got it back they would process my refund. I have ZERO trust they would refund my money, based on the lies they have already told me, and the unauthorized placing of FOUR orders in the first place. Total crooks!
