I loved this phone until the home button/fingerprint button stopped working; they're known for doing this. OnePlus Customer Service is awful! Took three weeks of going back and forth before they decided that they would repair my phone. I had the phone for less than 90 days. Once shipped, OnePlus was quick to repair it, but I had to go without a phone in the meantime. I got to enjoy my phone for another 2 months before the issue reoccrred. My phone is currently being shipped back to me from OnePlus stating that because the Warranty Sticker has been removed, the phone is no longer covered by the warranty. OnePlus has been the only ones to work on my phone. Because of their negligence (of not replacing the Warranty Sticker from the first time being repaired), they refuse to repair it, so I'm stuck with a broken phone.
