There are a couple of really weird design choices that make this faucet a pain: 1.) The 'arm' that holds the faucet head cannot be swung off to the side, so when you're using the head the arm is right there getting in the way. The arm should be able to pivot independently of the main faucet riser. 2.) When the water is set to full hot, the lever juts out over the sink where it gets in the way and can be easily nocked to a different setting. The temperature control lever doesn't need a full 90deg. of travel between hot and cold and mid-temp should be at 12:00 , not 1:30. 3.) The head hangs really low. The whole faucet may be 18" tall but, the head hangs only about 6" above the top of the sink. It's almost as though this faucet was designed on paper to look pretty but, never tested in the real world. Definitely an example of form over function. Also, the head feels pretty cheaply for a faucet in this price-point. I don't expect it will last long.
