Very disappointed. Seemed like a great design and upon receipt, appeared to be made from quality materials. In fact, after purchasing one initially, I ordered six more. But after only a couple of months of light duty (attached to a garden hose), one of them sprung a MAJOR leak - at a manufactured seam in the product. (See photo - the leak is between the metal threaded end and plastic body of the valve.) Not due to a missing or bad washer - no way to repair it, so it's going in the trash. I don't have a sprinkler system, and we live in the country (big yard), so all of my watering is with hoses. Need a good cut off valve to change attachments without walking all the way back to the spigot. So I've shopped a lot for a reliable cut-off valve. Hoped this would be "the one". But so far, the only ones that really seem to work and last are the heavy brass products. Follow Up: Even worse than my initial report. Four of the six I ordered are now in the garbage - sprung major leaks at "factory sealed" points after minimal light-duty use (less than a month each). No way to repair. LOOKS like a great product - but looks aren't everything. Total junk.
