The only loaf of bread I’ve made so far was liked by husband. I thought my older machine did better job. BUT.... the noise it makes for 30 minutes during kneading of dough cycle was annoying! I tried to ask customer service if this was normal to hear such noise but the robot text message couldn’t help me! Just wanted to know if I wanted to replace it. I don’t want to replace it if the next machine will be just as noisy. I bought this machine for its compact size and similarities with my former bread machine. I will keep using it but if this volume of noise occurs every time, I am gonna regret this purchase!
