Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I bought this product twice because the vase I needed it for was too big and looked empty with just one set of branches. The first one had some thin branches that are delicate and break easily, but I was just careful when I handled it (some of them still broke). However, when I received the second one and carefully opened the box, all of the thick branches are broken, they are not even that easy to break and somehow they are all split in half (see photo) I tried to fix them but they won't stand. The packaging is not even that great, no bubble wrap or anything to protect the fragile twigs, not a single sign on the box that says "FRAGILE" or "HANDLE WITH CARE". I really needed these branches to work for a centerpiece I wanted to make, but the product is terrible.
