Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Purchased the OSMO starter kit for kindle and went to download the OSMO apps from the Amazon app store from the kindle on my parent account. OSMO apps don't exist, they say that the app is no longer available. This is a useless waste of money and time. They have included multiple how to's in the packaging but appears no one tested to make sure these methods actually work. I went to their website for help and the only option appears to be a chat bot or to leave a message no live support.
