After testing it with the extension wand out half way, I went for the full extension. As soon as I started the pressure, the wand tube bent in half at the 3rd extension right at the knuckle. I contacted the manufacturer support, in which they first accused me of hitting something with it. After emailing pictures they realized that I was not at fault and the tube must have had a weak spot. After 2 weeks of waiting for a replacement part, I reached out to the support staff. They then informed me that they weren't replacing it. The manufacturer does not stand behind their product.
