I took this monitor to my doctor's office because I could not get it to work. This is at the Cleveland Clinic, a top rated hospital. They measured my blood pressure with their equipment and it was fine. Then they measured it with this Willcare monitor and it was WAY higher. The RN said that the reading is inaccurate because the cuff is too small. My arm is 15" so well within the described range of this monitor. But when it is doing a reading it of course puffs up and gets super tight. The RN showed me what they use as Adult Small and Adult Large cuffs The Willcare cuff is the exact same length of an Adult Small cuff. So the RN recommended I contact the manufacturer and see if they can provide a larger cuff. They don't have a customer service phone number that I can find anywhere, so I will email them and post an update if they are able to fix this situation.
