No customer service to speak of.
I loved my street strider until last Friday when the entire right hand side fell off of the bike. The culprit is a black piece of metal that fits the right side with the left side. Evidently while I was riding the piece became dislodged and fell off as did I. I fell forward onto the front wheel. I had my local street strider distributor look at the piece and he showed me where the side had become dislodged. He called Street Strider and spent two days on the phone trying to reach anyone that could help me. He was told the piece was discontinued and there were none to be had. I have a
$1300 piece of junk now. I've spent two days calling and emailing the company to NO RESPONSE. What kind of operation is this? Be warned.
