Plain and simple, it doesn't work. Like many of you, I'm sure, I was caught up by the numerous positive reviews and thousands of purchases. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is! The "after" picture is after three uses. Notice a change at all? Me neither. I'm pretty sure many of the positive reviews are fake, I wouldn't trust this company at all. Do some research, activated charcoal sadly does not work for teeth whitening. DON'T BE TRICKED! I'm returning this item.
