Back Cardboard Piece Did NOT Fit and had to cut!
You think that when one buys something new you might not have any problems with it, especially a new 11 x 14 picture frame. Guess what, I did. Had to cut/trim the back backer cardboard piece so that it would go back in and fix properly! Fortunately, I have a matt cuter/paper cutter with a new blade. So, trimmed off the extra and continued on with my day. Could have returned the frame but for me, it was easier to fix the problem, the manufactures poor quality control. Made in China! God Bless the USA! Otherwise, the frame and materials are fine for the price.
