This product made me really sick. I read good reviews. But it gave me horrible stomach pains. It started on the second day of taking pills. So every day after that I started to eat before I took the pills. But it did not help. The pain was horrible. All day long and it would wake me up in the middle of the night. I tried drinking more water but it would hurt. So I drank ginger ale and it helps a little. So after a couple of weeks, I stopped. I really tried to finish the bottle. I am just trying to get healthier. I just wanted to tell the truth.
