I did some manual tests and after comparing it to a string, the laser is not aligned with the bubble level and thus not accurate. Waste of money for me. Update: I was provided with a refund for this product. I was then requested to either delete the review or change it to 4 stars by Rose from Qooltek Services (they contacted me through a generic gmail account). Attached is a picture of the issue I was experiencing with my laser level. Attempting to adjust the laser seated in the plastic case doesn't fix the inaccuracy. Regardless, I wouldn't recommend this product. The customer service also seems to only care about review scores.
