Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I received an email from Bitdefender that my account was locked due to suspicious activity. I have tried to reset my password to gain access to my account but I received an error message, "Oops, something went wrong while resetting your password. Please try again later." I called customer support and the person "escalated" the issue. I have yet to hear back from them and meanwhile, I cannot access my account. I am going to find a different security software since this one lacks customer service.
