Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Below this line you will see the review I wrote when I first put this pad on a bed. HOWEVER- I have now changed this review to a 1 star! I would rate it no stars if that was possible. The VERY FIRST time I washed it in the washing machine, the entire back fell off in little white squares of fabric, and the stuffing bunched up in clumps! One wash in a very nice washer! When I contacted the company I was told I could not return it, it was past 30 days!!!! Really??? $100 per wash for this mattress pad? Terrible customer "service". Please see my photos attached. FIRST REVIEW-OK, the reviews were so good, I thought someone hacked in and stacked the reviews with 5's. I was wrong! I am so pleasantly surprised by the thickness and quality of this pad. It made our mattress very soft. LOVE IT!
