We loved it at first. But now, almost 2 months later, it's broken. Won't work at all. No idea why. It just was playing well, then started fuzzing badly, and now it won't even turn on at all, so we threw it away. And yes, we tried several new batteries... BUT... After I posted this review the company responded in less than a day and refunded me 100%! That impressed me. So a very good company to order from. I am reordering one in hopes that it will work better and maybe the first was just faulty.
