The tools included are halfway decent and the case is really nice. BUT, the iron, specifically the tips, are HORRIBLE - save your money and buy a Weller or name brand - you will have a terrible experience and you will think you are a moron who can't solder a wire. For a beginner it would be disheartening at best. The tips are not properly pre-tinned and the solder included does not appear to be cored. I was unable to get solder to stick to one tip at all, If you can't prep your tip you can't solder. Tried a second tip and managed to get solder on about half of it and managed to solder the one wire I bought this for. Also for electronics - buy yourself some high quality 60/40 Kester RC solder....what a waste of time. Mad at self. Hope this saves someone else some misery.
