I purchased this warranty package when I bought a bluetooth speaker. The speaker died in three months. I tried to get a refund from the manufacturer, but the warranty was voided just a few days before it died. I contacted this company, and filled out the information needed. When I submitted my claim, the website took me to a page that read: "Your item may be under warranty from the manufacturer," with no option to continue, or proceed with the claim. I am left with no other option, but to leave terrible reviews for, both, that bluetooth speaker, and this warranty package.
