Pretty disappointing for this was my son's first major purchase using his own credit card. Could not get the computer to boot up. Ran diagnostics and troubleshooting. Tried Start-up repair and got message that said Start-up repair unable to fix start up errors. I think we received a computer that was sent back because it did not work. The computer was not packaged as a new one should have been - missing tabs and material that the instructions said to remove prior to starting computer, and the instruction sheet was torn and looked like it was "used". Pretty disappointed with iBUYPOWER for having a defective computer and EXTREMELY PISSED THAT AMAZON WOULD SEND US A PREVIOUS REJECTED COMPUTER.
