Really nothing to like...
This air mattress was a huge disappointment for the price. The Never Flat pump is a clever idea. Basically, there is main inflation pump that is loud, but gets the job done quickly. Then there is the Never Flat pump, another, small, quiet built-in pump that tries to keep the bed pumped up to one of three levels. They call them "plush", "medium" and "firm", but they should have called them "very firm", "even more firm", and "hard as a rock." As such, I had to lower the pressure below the "plush" setting and turn off the Never Flat pump in order to get a comfortable night's sleep. The Pillow Top is a joke. It is a separate piece from the otherwise ordinary air mattress, and comes in a vacuum-sealed bag. It is just a rather lame mattress pad/topper, with about 2 inches of elastic around the sides, and the slightest bit of cushioning layer, maybe slightly more than most any regular mattress pad. It is supposed to fit around the edge of the mattress, but in my case, it never stayed in place, was always coming undone, and never did lose it's ridges and "fold" marks from being folded and squeezed into the vacuum bag. The fold marks made the foamy cushioning bunch up and actually be uncomfortable. Overall, though, the mattress topper did made the mattress a bit more comfortable, but was a huge disappointment in almost every other regard, especially if you wiggled once while settling in. The mattress also seemed to stretch quite a bit during my normal use. Over the time I had it, it became MUCH wider and longer than when I first set it up, and did not seem to maintain the original shape. This cause the problems with the topper and sheets to just get worse. And this was not a result of underinflation, that I could tell. Finally, I wasn't able to use regular sheets with the bed, without constant work. Every morning, the mattress topper and sheets would just be in a ball, because they couldn't find any way to hold on to the slick sides of the bed. I had this bed for about a month of nightly use before returning it to the local store I purchased from. Oh, and, the mattress topper took up about 3 times the amount of space it had when in the vacuum-sealed bag, and in no world would ever fit back in the "carry bag" that comes with the mattress.
