I was hesitant to buy this through Amazon as it was not the brand I usually use and this type of thing I usually by at the store. When I opened it the texture was off than anything I have ever used. It was granular looking and had an odd smell. I looked at the expiration date and it was still within in that time frame. Ghee doesn't need to be refrigerated but this just looked off and when I tasted it the taste was nothing like it should have been. I immediately threw it away and went to the store to buy my usual brand. Don't waste your money on this brand and if you have never bought Ghee before don't base your judgement of ghee on this brand either.
