I wanted to like this chair better than the Drive chair with the smaller, harder seat. But in trying them both out, this one was heavier, and taller (I'm 5'5" and this was too tall for me, cannot be adjusted.) My biggest complaint was that in order to fold the seat up and walk with the cane, you have to wrap a velcro strap around the folded up seat (like an umbrella) and then unwrap it every time you sit down. I want it for sitting down periodically when walking, or playing mini golf with the grandkids, so don't want to have to go through this unwrapping the strap and wrapping it up again every time. The other chair opens easily into a sitting position by just pushing down on the top of it, so I'm keeping it and returning this one. If you're taller, and going to be sitting for awhile instead of sitting/standing/sitting/standing, it's probably fine; the seat is a little softer and larger than the other chair so a little more comfortable once you're sitting.
