Potential for mercury toxicity
This supplement contains a large amount of fish. I am a physician, also trained in public health. The company spokesperson told me that the mercury levels in Nutrafol were minimal. When I repeatedly asked for a report of testing from an independent lab, I was met with silence.
Until such testing is made public, I would consider the consumption of Nutrafol dangerous. Should we really risk poisoning our brains for possible hair gains?
