First let me say, I NEVER write reviews. However I am still traumatized from my experience with this product. My 10-week old puppy's head was stuck in one of the holes of the play pen. I was horrified! I received a call at work and a video of her yelping uncontrollably. I probably ran every red-light to get home. I had to call the fire-department for help and ended up drenching her with organic coconut oil. I won't post the video, because it would have you in tears! As you can see from the photo, her neck was bruised. I suppose I missed the disclosure that this product is not for small dogs. I use a crate for sleeping, however, I purchased this product to give Luna (Yorkie-Poo) more room during the day when I have to be away for more than a couple of hours. I set the play pen up so that there could be room for her to play, eat and have a pee-pad. I am having anxiety just writing this.
