The Amazon website indicates it fits a "standard seat". It doesn't fit in the back of a standard round toilet with or without the toilet seat attached. It's too big to fit in the hole of the toilet seat. And the lip to catch under the rim of the toilet bowl itself ( if you remove the seat) at the back isn't deep enough to go under the rim. Very disappointing. The box indicates "fits most elongated toilet's". I don't see anywhere on the Amazon website where it indicates anything about elongated toilet's. It definitely doesn't fit a round toilet. This would pop right off the toilet. And I don't imagine it would go under the rim of any toilet because the toilet rim would have to be about 1 inch thick. It appears designed to fit with a toilet seat. Buyer beware.
